📊 Smart Property Reports

AI auto-detects when projects belong to a listing or open house, threads ALL related posts together, and generates a per-property PDF the realtor sends to their seller. The seller sees views, impressions, audience location, post count — undeniable proof their listing is getting marketed. The realtor looks like a pro. We get more new-listing projects because each project becomes another data point in the eventual report.

The goal

Turn the work we already do into a sales weapon for the realtor.

A realtor with an active listing has 6–12 posts going out about it across Instagram + Facebook + Google + YouTube. Each one is a data point — views, impressions, clicks, location of audience. We already have that data. Smart Property Reports clusters all the posts about ONE listing into a single auto-generated PDF the realtor downloads + emails to their seller. The seller sees "1,847 views and 142 saves on the marketing for my house" and feels their realtor is earning the commission. The realtor closes faster with happier sellers.

How the AI auto-detects which projects belong to a listing

The realtor doesn't have to tag projects with property addresses — Studio AI infers it. Four signals get cross-referenced; 3+ matches = same property. False-positive rate stays low because the realtor can manually correct any mis-clustered post.

A new tab on the dashboard's Reports area (or its own sidebar entry under Analytics). Each active listing is a card showing: address, status, total posts across that property, aggregated views/impressions/saves. Click → property detail. Click "Send to seller" → email/SMS modal with the auto-generated PDF attached.

For every active listing, a fresh PDF auto-regenerates on a schedule. Realtor gets a notification ("Your week 3 report for 2417 King George is ready") with a one-tap "Send to seller" CTA. Sets up a habit: every Friday afternoon, send sellers their weekly marketing update. Realtor looks consistent. Sellers feel kept in the loop.
