Dashboard — beyond a glorified inbox

Today's dashboard shows pending counts and a Week Schedule. It tells the realtor "you've got 43 things waiting" — not "look how much we've made happen for you." We flip that. Every widget on the new dashboard is a reason to log in tomorrow.

The goal

Make every login feel rewarding, not like a punch list.

Darcy's feedback was the diagnostic: today's dashboard metrics aren't metrics realtors care about. Posts pending, posts upcoming — those are tasks, not progress. The new dashboard surfaces output, momentum, status, and value — every widget answers "why am I paying for this?" without saying it.

This is also where eight separate features converge into one screen — counter, leaderboard, recap, roadmap, analytics, credits, SEO widget, live broadcast indicator. They reinforce each other. Counter shows progress; recap turns it into a shareable card; leaderboard turns it into competition; roadmap turns it into anticipation.

Visible progress = stickier subscription. Cancel rate drops when output is undeniable.

Visible credits + locked SEO widget + tiered referrals create constant on-screen upsell surface.
+ word of mouth
Recap card is shareable. Realtor brags about their year using OUR card; we get the brand impression.
+ engagement
LIVE flicker when coaching is on; roadmap voting; tip of the week. Reasons to log in even when not waiting on a project.

Eight widgets, organized as: vital stats up top (counter, credits, pending), then production (leaderboard, recap, analytics), then engagement (roadmap, SEO widget, live coaching, tip). Realtor scrolls once, sees their whole world.

Widget by widget

Why each widget earns its spot

Counter (F-140) — top-left, biggest tile. Replaces the empty/low-signal stats today. Three time slices (week / month / year) + lifetime + a delta vs last period. The single most important widget for retention; it answers "what am I getting for $599?"
Credits widget (F-146). All seven buckets visible at once. "Top up" link inline when a bucket hits 0. Always-on upsell surface that doesn't feel like one because it's just status.
Pending Approval (existing). Kept, but with the SMS-reminder note (F-126). Gives the realtor a clear nudge: "this is the queue you can clear today."
Leaderboard (F-142). Shows the user where they rank. Sort options: posts, videos, views (from connected socials), projects. "You" highlighted regardless of position so they always see themselves.
Recap card (F-141). "In progress" while the year is happening. Year-end = downloadable Spotify-style. Shareable. Brand impression for free.
Analytics (F-144). Sparkline of follower growth + weekly delta. Always trends up because data starts when they joined us — narrative naturally favors the service. "Property reports →" link feeds the property-report tool (F-145).
Roadmap (F-143). Vote-able feature pipeline. Otto controls the cards. "In dev" / "Planned" / "Considering" badges. Splits cleanly into "Otto's pipeline" + "Client-submitted ideas" — the design suggestion I floated earlier.
Local Leader (locked) (F-160). Permanent on-screen upsell for the SEO service. Visible to non-buyers daily — eventually they convert. Click → unlock CTA flow.
Tip on every load (F-147). Pulls a random snippet from our 200+ blog corpus on every dashboard refresh — Hearthstone-style. Author always credited to Trent. Click to read the full blog. Reuses content we already produced for ongoing dashboard freshness with zero ongoing maintenance.
Referrals (F-220–F-225). Visible earnings + ladder progress = stronger sharing behavior. Promo code at-the-ready in case someone asks them at an event.
Property Reports (F-145). Most underrated widget on this dashboard for revenue. Realtors send reports to sellers → realtors send us more new-listing projects to create reports for. It's a self-reinforcing loop disguised as a feature.
LIVE banner + sidebar flicker (F-204, F-205). Top of dashboard + sidebar entry both indicate when coaching is live. Even people who weren't planning to attend see LIVE and click in.
