A real shop inside our app. The hero product is the AI Tripod Kit โ auto-tracking phone tripod sold as hardware, bundled with 1 year of Social Realtr. At conventions, buyers see the whole thing as one cohesive system: tripod + scripts + teleprompter + record + Studio + posting. Massive moat vs SaaS-only competitors.
Most SaaS competitors compete on features. We compete on the whole stack โ including the device the realtor records on. Selling the AI Tripod as a "kit" with a year of service means: the convention-floor sale becomes a subscription, the buyer perceives the product as a complete system, and our retention curve flattens because activation requires the platform.
At a real estate convention, our booth has a working tripod + screen showing the platform. Realtor walks up. We hand them their phone. They press one button. The tripod tracks them as they walk. Behind, the platform writes a script, generates B-roll, schedules the post. 90 seconds. They've never seen anything like it. The booth doesn't sell software โ it sells a magic moment that happens to be backed by software.
"Talk to it. The tripod tracks you, the platform writes the post, your phone publishes it. $3,997 today, you walk out with the tripod, the platform's already loaded, your first month's content drops in 24 hours."
Buyers don't ask "what's the difference between you and BombBomb?" They ask "how does the tripod know which way to look?" That's a different conversation โ and that's the point.
Hardware shipped with a unique QR code on the unbox card. Realtor scans the QR with their phone, opens our app, signs up (or signs in), and the tripod activates. That same scan kicks off the 12-month subscription on Stripe. Hardware = subscription = one act.
QR code inside the kit goes to a unique pairing URL. No typing.
If they have our app, deep-link in. Otherwise, app store + auto-resume after install.
App finds tripod over Bluetooth. Activation token verified. Hardware unlocks.
Stripe subscription starts at activation (not at purchase). Adoption flow (F-044) fires. First content within 24 hours.
