Today the agreement is pre-accepted at signup but can't be downloaded. Realtors challenging refunds with Stripe sometimes win because we have nothing to point to. This tab makes the agreement a real artifact — name and timestamp injected, downloadable by both client and staff.

Tab order. Identity → Voice → Visuals → Goals → Files → Agreement. Voice before Visuals matches "what you sound like is more important than what you look like." Confirm.
Goals — what should the defaults be? Mockup uses posts/week, IG followers, LinkedIn followers. Could also include sales target / referrals / video views. Recommend: 3 fixed (posting cadence, primary social platform follower goal, secondary platform goal) + unlimited custom goals via "+ New goal."
Live AI preview cost. Each preview burn is a Claude API call. Could rate-limit (3 per minute, 10 per day) or just absorb. Recommend rate-limit per-client + cache the last 5 generated samples so they can flip between them without burning more.
Headshot expansion default. Studio auto-generates variations when a 3rd headshot is uploaded? Or only on click? Recommend automatic — surprise the realtor with their own face library.
Custom font upload — license check? A "I have rights to this font" checkbox on upload? CYA move; cheap to add.
Pillar content list. Mockup uses 10 pillars (market updates, new listings, sold listings, open houses, memes, local spots, fun facts, testimonials, new developments, events). Confirm or adjust.
